Ladies and Gentlemen,seit Juni 2006 habe ich Ihre ecosphere Kugel. Ich habe sie urspruenglich von meiner Freundin (Frau Dr. Mueller) in Eisenach abgeholt und 'vorsichtig' mit dem Auto nach England transportiert.
Vier kleine Garneelen waren in der Kugel und heute, nach 3 1/2 Jahren ist immer noch eine davon am Leben. Das 'Gruene' in der Kugel ist hellgelb aber die kleine Garnelle schwimmt lustig und scheint sich in England recht wohlzufuehlen! Die Kugel steht auf meinem Nachttisch an einem Platz wo sie nie richtig bewegt wird, ausreichend Tageslicht hat ohne direkten Sonnenschein, aber auch dunkle Zeiten.
Ich dachte, es ist fuer Sie ganz interessant zu wissen, dass eine kleine Garneele - sie war zuerst grau ist aber heute hell orange - immer noch lebt.
Kann ich etwas tun um das Gruene wieder gruen zu bekommen? Mehr Tageslicht oder Sonne?

Alle Tierchen sind wohl auf und ich hoffe es bleibt noch lange so - wenn alles gut geht hören wir uns erst in frühestens 2 Jahren zur Neufüllung wieder - aber ich empfehle Euch weiter

Ich wollte nur mal mitteilen das eine Ecos. erstaunlich alt werden kann,meine ist bereits 5 Jahre alt.
Und die Besatzung, 4 Garnelen sind noch immer fit.

Dear Dan:My little shrimp is named Mo. Curly and Larry died in 1998. I give
the sphere controlled daylight and at night I make sure he can see the
phases of the moon. I have to keep my house temperature controlled.
I have moved several times since Irving sent me the Sphere. The
Sphere was always one of the last items moved, riding in my lap
cushioned with towels. I try to control the vibrations the sphere
feels from walking, music, television and other sources. When
hurricane Katrina was coming our way I could not evacuate the sphere
so I hid it in a sturdy cabinet that allowed a little light for him.
I was thrilled to return home to find Mo alive.
The stick/branch in the sphere has almost quit producing green foliage.
It is, after all, 22 years old! The bottom of the sphere is now
covered in a layer of gray poop...and I am sure the water is foul. Is
there anything that can be done to put Mo in a new sphere?
Any suggestion you can provide is appreciated.

In meiner Ecosphere mit Nr. 257397 ist noch eine Garnele am Leben.
